When you submit an order to KnickersBoxersGlory.com we will confirm that your
order has been placed. A contract between us is not formed until we send you an
invoice, which indicates our acceptance of your order.
All goods remain the property of KnickersBoxersGlory until full, cleared
payment has been received.
Delivery
Your order will be processed immediately upon clearance of payment,
and stock items will usually be dispatched the next working day.
All orders are sent free of charge by Royal Mail first class post in the
United Kingdom. For an additional 95p your order will be sent by Royal
Mail Recorded first class post, where a signature will be required.
International orders are sent by Airmail at a cost of £2.95. Your order
can be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For™ at a cost of £6.95,
where a signature will be required.
Your items will be sent in plain packaging,
with only a return address displayed. Our company name will not be
visible on your package.
Back Orders
To ensure efficient delivery of your order we keep the majority of our
lines in stock. Occasionally items may become unavailable for a variety
of reasons. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, and we are unable to dispatch it within 7 days, you will be
notified by e-mail of the estimated delivery date. If the item is
unavailable or you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch we will give
you the choice of a full refund or an
alternative item. All orders are taken subject
to availability of stock.
Returns

If you are not
satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us
unworn, in original condition, with packaging and labels intact, within
14 days for an exchange or refund (Postage not refunded).

has a manufacturing fault, simply return it to us unworn, in original
condition, with packaging and labels intact, within 14 days for an
exchange or refund (Postage refunded).
Exclusions
Certain
products are excluded from our returns policy. This is indicated on
individual items. Hosiery cannot be returned unless in original sealed
packaging.

When returning an item it is recommended that you get a Certificate of
Posting, use Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ or use another method which
enables your item to be tracked. It is the sender's responsibility to
ensure goods arrive safely.
Payment
We accept

and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Switch,
Maestro, Delta, American Express
and Solo) and Paypal, as well as cheques and postal orders
from the United Kingdom, made payable to 'KnickersBoxersGlory'.
Payments made by cheque or postal order will be dispatched
immediately upon the clearance of payment, which can take up to 10 days.

All payments are processed by Paypal, where information is protected by
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the
highest level commercially available). We never have access to any of
your payment details.

All of our products are
available for worldwide delivery. You can view prices in US dollars,
Euros or Australian dollars by clicking the 'Currency' link at the
top of any page, and selecting your required currency.
Promotional Codes
We will make codes available periodically to discount products on our
website. Enter your code at checkout, before clicking the 'Checkout' link.
When you have selected your payment method, you will be presented with an
order review screen. Any valid discount will be displayed before you
confirm your order. Discounts cannot be applied once your order has been
